After 3 – 6 month of healing, Dr Fitzgerald highly recommend replacing the immediate fixed healing bridge with a final long term all on 4 bridge, that is all digitally designed, milled and completed in our In-House Dental lab, we offer three different options:

Many dental implant patients have to travel from office to office for various appointments, turning what could be a simple process into a long ordeal. This can be especially inconvenient for those who look to Dallas for their dental implant needs but live in another town. The Forte Implant Center is a preferred choice for those wanting an experienced dental implant care team. We offer a one-day surgery solution for dental implant patients who are in need of immediate teeth which are not removable.  Teeth which are attached as you see below are a fixed hybrid denture.

The All-On-Four method in which the implants are placed eliminates the standard healing time and bone grafting that applies to other types of dental implant solutions before immediate teeth are attached. The All-on-4 surgery, when performed in an office with substantial staffing and resources such as ours, can be conducted in one day, making the travel for out-of-town dental implant patients a more reasonable option. After the surgery, patients leave with immediate fixed teeth which restore their smile until the permanent fixed prosthesis is fabricated in our in-house lab using the ZirkonZahn M4 machine. Very few offices have an In-house lab with a 5-axis milling machine, having our lab on site makes the process more streamlined and is a great help in achieving the smile you want.

Before & After Of Our All-on-4 Patients

There are several parts to the All-on-4 dental implant process. For eligible candidates, the surgery can be done in one day. It will take two appointments to get you Immediate teeth: First appointment is the consultation, the next is the surgery where the implants and immediate teeth are placed.  Once the immediate healing teeth are placed then you will heal 3-4 months before final teeth are made.

  1. Consultation – The initial visit where specific needs are addressed and a solution is recommended.
  2. 3D CAT Scanning and Cone Beam Scanner – Our team uses state-of-the-art technology to create the most precise and individualized plan for surgery.
  3. Impressions – Where the proper molds are created for the dental implants to make the teeth for the patient.
  4. Education – Education consultants provide feedback and information for each patient in order to ensure proper care and upkeep after the surgery.
  5. Surgery – The day of surgery the implants are placed and new teeth are attached to the dental implants.

The Forte Implant Center is able to conduct each of these parts of the process onsite and consequently minimize the number of trips an out-of-town patient must take. With onsite education consultants, implant dentist, periodontist, anesthesiologist and in-house dental lab the Forte Implant Center is able to address all of a patient’s needs from start to finish.

The initial consultation will determine whether or not the patient is a candidate for the All-on-4 dental implants procedure. The procedure will not be available for those patients that will require bone grafting or another surgical procedure before implants can be placed.
